This is a 1970 snow pony atv snowmobile that can be converted to each machine in about an hour, it was found on a property that was getting cleaned out. in poor condition and missing an engine, lets fix it.

I built the first ATV/Sled for Sno Pony, I worked in the prototype shop.
Did you take the shims out of the drive pulley you installed?
would make a good parade trike!
make the cowl flip forward !!!
should have sat on it, to see if handle bars were low or not.
That is cool I like that
That looks like it would b a lot of fun
That really looks dopey
Don't u have an old brake drum that u could take off a chunk of it off
First, I must ask for your grace. I have watched you since day one in the past seven or eight months. I’ve been paying attention to politics and it’s time to get my brain back in the grease and the gas that is a cool looking machine and I’m a firm believer that
YOU sir CAN MAKE A SNAIL RUN❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
When you said the engine was a 6-6.5 hp I assumed it was a 212. The older engine was probably a 4-5 hp. I doubt it was a powerhouse when new but the old engine might have been a 178 or so. And "There's no Replacement for displacement". But it has more beans than I thought it would.
@Mustie1
No, those locker room stickers could be saying anything, a bit faded(?)
Being sided with Putins communist Russia, will NEVER make any country GREAT AGAIN.
Think on Sir.
I had a Snow Pony snowmobile that same color around 1971 in Michigan. Never knew about the conversions. Pretty cool.
My favorite snowmobile was my twin track Raider.
well, to quote you from the yellow snow mobile build, it had the same brake set up.. "brakes, … brakes are for quitters". So choice.
That's a creeper brake, not for stopping the vehicle.
so badd ass
Anyone else see a big wheel with a motor? Needs a blue and red paint job. Maybe a rear wheel handbrake. Yeah nothing bad can happen then.
You must went back to toys “R” Us driving your horse shoe crab go kart and the funny part 😅was when you kept goin on it like you was 5 years old again 😂you couldn’t get enough of it ✌️
That machine is awesome…………………….love it
That Motor is going to suck, you couldn't move the snowmobile motor Back some, most likely that is what was on it.
That hammer is the 2nd most famous tool in all of YouRube. Scotty Kilmer is the 1st.
Wow! that things a rocket! so cool! But a brain injury on the way. lol
That's a pretty cool little unit. Looks like lots of fun. It's amazing what comes out of your shop.
And… Darren flies out the door like a cannon shot!
You gotta take that to the go-çart track!
A priming bulb for a boat tank could work as a manual pump between the original and a "day tank".
Or a bicycle air pump and pressurize it about 1psi
URGENT: Case study for approximate stopping distance of 1 1/2 inch square leather pad. lol ! Love it. Fun!
Double fork that front end and make it a 4 wheeler for better stability or make a adapter for the ski set-up to fit the wheels on as the forks are alraady there.
Great job bringing it back to life i thoroughly enjoyed watching 👍🏻 dropped you a sub
Skills, tricks, perseverance,, so funny at he end..👍
That would be cool for you to take to Jimmy Diresta's go-cart get together.
Looks fun as hell!
I have a couple moto skis! 1960 and a 70
One has motor one doesn’t make one out of the two I don’t have time! If it’s something you’re interested in. Let me know!!
Love your channel
That turned out pretty cool 👌
Did anyone else think the map gas heating of the shrink tube was a sound effect for a 60s scifi movie space ship?
Have you seen the guys with the Big Wheels for adults… put PVC sleeves over those rear tires and have an out of control powered drifter.
Awesome ride. You have many subscribers, break out for a helmet mounted goPro and take everyone for a ride, hell I got a generic for $30
The shear joy on his face as he is whizzing by on that thing is just priceless!! He definitely loves what he does, and it shows!!
On the rearmost engine mount extinction you could add another gasket between it and the body to stabilize the engine. I think you are having shaking issues because the engine is not centered on the mounts anymore. It looks like that area of the body has some rust holes and could use a thin piece of metal welded to it for support anyways so if you welded a band of metal across and put the extra mount centered on it that would solve 2 problems at the same time.
