    I know the whole world already said it, but I love Angelo and his moms. They remind me of a few people I miss back home. Mad good sports, no doubt.

19. Joe, NCDOC gives you the same "cookie" breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Theirs is made with pinto beans and vegetables then smashed into a cookie and baked to death. That comes in a white bag with a carton of milk for 1 week.

    A prison loaf is..
    Wheat bread 2 slicws, add some northern beans,canned corn, one full can of tamatoe paste, any cup of flour/ ceral..corn flakes usually.
    Pack that shit down
    Add some butter aka sandwich juice from breakfast.
    Mix well.
    Put it into a 350°heated stove/ microwave oven,, cook for 2minutes, let stand for 3days, cut,and searve. You'll never forget this recipt, i promise….
