In this video I’m getting back to my prison workout routine and I’m bringing all of you along for this. I’m also going to explain why trying to begin working out in prison isn’t an easy thing to do. It can actually be a really bad thing.

  1. Today was day one of me getting back to my prison workout. It was not good. Let me know if you think you could do the exercises in this video? There will be a lot more to come with this as well!

  2. One thing I've really noticed is that east coast prison slang is way different than California. For instance I've never of Junicake before you…

  3. Looks like it's the first time you've ever done a burpee. Not because you're weak but because your form sucks. I don't think you've ever done burpees in your life

  4. Smoking is all mental, if you want to quit you will, if not you won't. I was a 2 pack a day smoker while a Navy air Intercept Controller on a ship and stopped cold. 20 years later, I'm now paying for my time as a smoker.

  5. I survived being a member of the rugby team in a British grammar school (US grade 7-8) 1969-1970. By comparison this don't seem quite so "challenging".

  6. This guy is proof going to prison dosnt make you hard…. im more solid then this fool will ever be and i never even been to prison HAHAHAHA

  7. Better get it together if you want to stay on this yard lol. I got up 44 burgers by 2 sets. 44 push ups in between. 88 reps blah blah homeboy….so glad that nonsense is over with.

  8. Lol how many of you passed out doing Burpees? When I first started them, 22 was my max, after that I couldn't jump no more, but I had to get to 100 in a row…

So my thing was I would do 20 Burpees a minute… On the 4th minute I did 18 and then I passed out…

First I took a knee, tried to sit but lied down instead, then light headedness and then I am asleep, brought to my senses by my girlfriend who was scared as fuck at the time lol…

I was going fast as hell, all out… I pushed myself far beyond most others actually dare to push themselves…. And I blacked out cold.

I was doing 200 a day, after 30 days I lost 10lbs of fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle(I was doing high volume pull ups at the time, I was doing 100 pull ups a day for 2 months, with a max of ten pull ups, I did 20 sets of 5 reps, each set 5-10 minutes apart, within 2 months I got to 35 strict pull ups)…

Along with my handstand push ups..

After a month of those Burpees I could do 60 Burpees in a row and I was doing 100 Burpees in 4-5 minutes.

I kept doing 200 Burpees for the next 2 months(until the completion of my pull up program) and I got a six pack from 200 Burpees a day. While eating 4000 kcals at 180lbs bodyweight, 5ft 10inches…

Burpees are the best friend of everyone.

  9. Hey Joe I love the fitness vids and burpees are one of my best exercises when doing calisthenics and my favorite way of doing burpees is doing the bring sally up burpee challenge and if you never tried it before it sucks all you need is to play the bring sally up song ( Flowers by Moby) and when it says down you go down in a push ups position and when it says up you go up to your feet the whole challenge is 3:27 and it will kick your ass and I think this workout alone will help you get back in shape 💪💪💪.

  10. Brother, just start those burpees at a time when you are relaxed and no one is there to bother you for 2 hours…

You do burpees for one hour, then you hydrate and rest for another hour.

Once you start getting fatigued, you will feel the desire for chasing more and more and more. Then do more.
