  1. Joe its better to eat the fruit than mixing it in a smoothie. When u blend the fruits u destroy the fiber in the fruit and when it's in you u will get a sugar high cause the fiber is destroyed. The fiber in the fruit when u eat them and chewe them makes the sugar get in your body at a slow rate.

  2. So relieved to see this after watching your cooking video where you made a prison meal out of Cheeto dust, ramen, dollar store cheese product, slim Jim’s and basically ingredients that can be found in the bottom of a teenagers car and then actually ate the horrific thing.

  3. Hydroxycut is full of caffeine. Maybe you should work on your reading skills instead so you can read the back of the bottle before you start complaining…

  4. The prison I worked at for 5 years had the machines but the clips were welded shut so you couldn't take them off. And no free weights.

  5. I have it and ive been on it for 2 months. The elite not the one you have. Better weight loss and tje caffeine isnt too bad. I dont take it after 6pm and i sleep fine. Love your videos though man keep up the good work.

  6. I just finished doing a very intensive workout on my legs and they hurt like crazy now! (I think I might’ve pushed my self alittle too hard!😅)

  7. You forgot one type of weight any inmate can make (unless you're on suicide watch.) You can roll up your bunk mat, wrap your sheet around it and knot at the top. Some inmates can't keep laundry bags or can get access to trash bags, so you gotta get creative with the bare minimum of what every inmate has access to. A bunk mat and sheet is all you need. Another thing you can do with a mat and sheet is wrap the roll up the mat and wrap a sheet around it really tight and use it as a punching bag. To do this, you gotta have a tough inmate hold it while you're punching it. Just don't accidentally hit the guy holding it. Lol

  8. im surprised prisoners are allowed to free wights in prison all…. they go to the ends of the earth to stop the manufacturing/find ANY weapons but allow them access to weights that can easily do major damage if swung at someone. I know Joe talks about this jutst saying im surprised is all

  9. The best way to increase performance, strength, speed, etc etc etc. Is water and natural foods. Great call Joe on bashing some BS pills. If you are a big weight lifting fan creatine (pure flavorless) is the only added supplement ive ever believed in.

  10. Because you get ripped on it, just like speed. Fruit has a ton of sugar and so does yougurt. You won't succeed, jail is what you know and fitness is what I know. Low carb low sugar and weights, you will kill it

  11. Joe, "fat" isn't the problem within a diet. We've all been misled. The way we get fat is Sugars, Carbs, and lack of exercise – nothing about consuming fats within foods.
