Yesterday was Daves court date. And had this went the way we hoped it would, we would have uploaded about this yesterday. But unfortunately, things did not go as well as we hoped for. And all of this was pretty crazy. This video is the full story of what happened to Dave.

  1. Yesterday sucked. But I wanted to share with the entire APS ARMY what happened. We did everything we could, and I still feel like I wish there was more we could have done. Damn…

  7. Coming from a Law Enforcement perspective (My own, don't roast me). Dave was CLEARLY exhibiting behaviors of positive change. Given the entirety of the circumstances, continued incarceration was N.O.T. the correct course of action. The judge should have, for lack of better terminology, rewarded the positive changes Dave had most recently exhibited. He should have been released due to the exhibition of positive life changing behaviors, with the understanding and agreement that any further violation would result in a 1-2 or 1-3. Had that been the action taken by the courts, it would have shown Dave, hey, doing the right thing does pay off. Dave would have seen that the courts had faith in him, which I believe would have furthered his resolve to continue down the right path. Additionally he would have had another tool to put in his pocket to help stop him from doing anymore bone headed things, that being the constant reminder in the back of his head that there were guaranteed consequences if he did. Just my opinion.

  16. I did the Salvation Army program in San Jose, Ca its a 6 month program and i ended up going to that right after i did a year in jail. Got out for like 2 or 3 days got a call from my P.O. saying i had an hour to pack all my clothes amd every thing i need to go to it. Ome thing about it is they literally use all these people to get free labor and they sign you up on food stamps ajd take them and they buy food with it amd sell it back to you at canteen. Alot of the people that work there steal shit or sell it on the side and the person that was running the hq would come look whenever she would get a call that they got some good stuff in and of she wanted it. If she didnt want it then it would go down the ranks and whoever didnt want it would keep going untill someone took it. If no one took it then the supervisors would do this thing called a dock sale. Anything they thought they couldnt sell in the stores they would sell of the dock and keep the money. But ive been clean for 7 years now so i guess it kinda works but has a lot to do with me being tired of being an alcoholic and wanting to change. If you dont want it then nothing is going to work untill you do.

But joe I was a private investigator for four years and my boss told me when i was working a case for a felon, the client was a felon I asked could he testify in his own case and my boss immediately told me that it would not do any good because he was a felon therefore his word was worthless in a court case! I say this because you are a felon also!

  25. I tell you- it is not in your best interest to try and hang your hat I. Dave. He lied to your face about several things. Do not give him to much power.   29. WelI I hope Dave hangs in there and just get this over and done with.
    I also hoped he learned something with this too.
    He never told you that he didn't ever go back to probation and he really should have. At that time you would have most likely got him to go and may not have gotten in this mess.
    So Dave needs to learn to be more upfront with you and just in general.
    I get it though. I never put it out there either when shit wasn't going perfect so. I just hope he simply hangs in there and read a lot maybe , read good positive crap I guess.
    But ALWAYS think positive and don't allow yourself to get weak and cave back in to that drug filled life.
    I did heroin for well over 35 yrs and life is so much better now .
    Now that I can feel, smell, taste, see. Just everything is grand. ( I like that word. " grand")
    Yep, life "CAN" be great!
    Only if you allow it to happen to you.
