How To Avoid Problems In Prison

In this video, I’m going to show you a crazy video I just ran across that involves a prisoner having major problems with a guard. And this isn’t going to end well for this guy. With this, I’m going to tell you how to avoid problems in prison.

  1. As a CO, the guard is in the wrong. Escalation of force is a set of guidelines you have to follow. I’ve only thrown hands with a prisoner in 2 occasions in 10 years. One, when this guy had a knife, and 2nd, this dude came at me with a fucking food tray. This guard needs to be fired, he’s clearly not made for the job, and doesn’t have the discipline or mental fortitude to handle it.

  2. There was absolutely no reason for the CO to hit the inmate.

After so many stories I watched that you published, now I know why I had very few issues with inmates. I did create problems and I dealt with everyone with respect.

Their were a few times where I had to use force however it was not avoidable.

  3. Yeah with him knowing how they are in there she should've just done what the guard said, but you saying that in this video kinda makes it seem like the guard was justified in the actions he took when in all honesty the guard definitely should not have thrown that punch and definitely should have lost his job and been charged with assault.
I'm sure that type of behavior from guards is normal in prisons and jails but it shouldn't be and no one should be forced to get use to that type of behavior, they are guards in a prison they knew when they got that job that they weren't gonna be guarding little well behaved angels .
I'd like for those guards to know for a fact that their family members are being assaulted on a regular basis .

  4. The Officer should have been fired for skipping steps in the use of force continuam. This process is taught in every Correctional Academy 1. Verbal communication 2. Empty hand control 3. Incapacitating Agents 4. Intermediate weapons 5. Deadly force. If you skip any part of this in my experience you can and usually will be terminated or at very least receive disciplinary action. I would say there were more than likely racial slurs thrown around leading to this incident as I can't think of any other reason why he wouldn't have been fired.

  5. I had 1 problem with 1 person in the Muslims in the 4.5 years in the nj state prison system. I was in cells no open dorm. I was working in comassary for my state job. Good job to have lol. Got into a situation with a dude and the so called leader was on my tier. I was cool with him from the start so nothing came of it at all. Needless to say the so called leader squashed it after he heard about it because i was running all kind of comassary to the teir. They didn't want to fuck that up lol. 1 for 2 2 for 3 so on and so forth. When I was there the hot items were smokes. Could still smoke then. Box of Buglers was the money. No one really liked the kites but we had the maxwell house instant coffee. Damn that shit was off the hook with what u can do. And the hot and spicy soups. Shit man

  6. CO is in the wrong clearly. Dragging him off for additional beating is also clearly wrong. I get jumping in as a CO when you see another CO involved in a altercation. This is way beyond that though. At the end it was at least 3 on 1. No attempt to restrain or cuff him, just punch, kick, and stomp him out. SMDH,… who does this guy think he is? Hadley from the shawshank redemption?

  7. Guard was definitely in the wrong and should not be a guard or have any form of authority for that matter. I wouldnt even let him manage store.

  8. This type of treatment happens on the streets by regular cops on civilians as well. Provoke or escalate a situation and resort to excessive violence or worse. It's bigger than prison. It's the American way.

  9. if he'd just let the CO whip his ass he might have gotten off without the charge and a fair chunk of change, don't fight officers, if there's no threat to your life, wage lawfare, you're getting a beating either way, take the one you have a chance of winning in the long run.

  10. ,the officer should not have put his hands on the inmate no matter what the guy was saying guard's should not be able to put hands on you the guy didn't even have his hands raised bullshit I have been roughed up for talking shit to a officer they will rough you up like he bent my arms behind my back but he didn't straight up start puching like that dam

  11. Fight to show you have heart courage and pride,if you don’t punch on you will get stood over for all your buy ups and meals,in Brisbane correctional centre Australia 🇦🇺 I’ve seen cowards get bent over before dessert,I showed my strength that’s why I was respected
