18. They are trying to get you back into prison by taking all your money so you commit something crazy to get you back to prison for double the time you went in. It happened to my aunt when she went to prison for two months and came back for double the time.

24. This one hits home for me bigtime. I didn't have a license for 14 years. I got so many driving on a revoked charges that I came this damn close to doing time over it. It all started over an expired inspection sticker. Add in a healthy portion of Don't Give A Fuck on top of that, and the shit escalated quick. By the time I decided to clean up the mess, the state of North Carolina made me jump backwards through flaming hoops on a tiny bicycle. I don't know if that's how they do it in all states.

25. I couldn't even get an I'd for a while. But I got out and went to a different state. prison I.d. is only valid in the state it came from I couldn't even buy a pack a smokes

41. Similar situation. I had a suspended license 2007-2014. Because in Knoxville, TN if you have any fines that go unpaid for, I believe, 90 DAYS – they suspend your license. This being the 2nd license suspension, I was fined an additional $300.00. I couldn't pay what i owed BEFORE & then they added more. That, a whole lot of court fees & fines then I came to find out that they actually charge $46 a DAY every time you're jailed, well that added up to good bit of $$. Money that I wasn't able to pay, I'm STILL not driving. However in 2014 I paid off ALL fines, fees, bullshit – in FULL! Yay for me, but since I live in a totally different state now, I have to drive back to TN do the same thing as – get my permit, 90 days ltr my license – bring the new TN license to AL, take the written & driving test because I've never had an AL license(which is retarded since I will already have a license, just from TN- no difference)…THEN I get my fucking picture FINALLY taken and I get that damned thing.

48. In Illinois you can’t purchase a car without a license. Check out police auctions for a car. Y friend bought a Tesla at v an auction. Car Max has amazing deals.
