5. I think fuel pumps were always electric don't think its a gravity feed…a close pin of wodd takes away vapor lock ever since I was a kid in late 60's was a 25 cents fix vapor absorbed by wood and problem solved…stick on carb and will be fine, no real fix but works everytime

18. Boats are great when they are taken care of. My dad bought a boat and we made a deal that he buys the boat and I keep up with it. So once a month I clean the boat and run it off a hose and make sure everything is working the way it should. I even do a big amount of work on the engine

27. Here's a tip….. learn to work on them yourself.

28. man they're not even looking at that thing properly. I used to build boats and I bet that they aren't looking at the filter inside the tank .. you really have to flush the whole tank out and change the fuel to get to the bottom of the problem. If they charged you any decent money before, take it back there and tell them to keep it until it's right.

36. I understand completely. I had a boat oat one time. I had similar issues except mine didn’t leak. I was told by my friend
    “ the 2 best days of owning a boat are the day you buy it and the day you sell it”.
