Top 5 Reasons To HIRE Someone After Prison

Special Shout out to Donovan Zeh, an awesome supporter of APS who I talked with and who gave me this idea for a video as we discussed this topic in particular. In this video, I want to tell you the top 5 reasons to hire someone after prison. Which is crazy to think about considering how hard it can be just trying to find work after being incarcerated. Hope you enjoy!

  1. I think this video could be eye opening to potential employers and also to people who find themselves having trouble finding work with a criminal record. If you're willing to work hard and prove yourself, then you should be given a chance to do so. Also, let me know if you can think of any other reasons to hire some coming home from prison… Also SHOUT OUT TO THE ENTIRE APS ARMY!!! ROAD TO A MILLI HERE WE COME!!!

  2. joined at 150 now pushing 900k . the last 3 years have been great ups and downs . but aps has kept me In the right reminding me why i dont want to go back .

  3. i know to start your videos at 3 or 4 minutes because before that you're just talking mad shit repeating yourself for ad revenue. its kinda annoying tbh. its a good hustle but damn think of your more intelligent viewers.. not just the meat head dumb asses who cant tell what you're doing tog et money out of them xD

  4. I hope you were not pourring concrete for less than 23$ / hour … Here where I live its at least 25-28$ when you start . Thats a real shiety job .

  5. Dave's Killer Bread is a bread co. that is entirely staffed by ex-cons. It's very good bread, but it's not very accessible to many people because it's $5 a loaf. So, yeah.

  6. Joe you are great I've been through it going back soon for a dui I watch your videos love this one it's so hard in Ohio to get a chance

  7. I'd like to do a interview with you about Ohio prison I'm 629722 I'm not asking for help my friends ask why I watch this. I have no answer. I love what you do for us ty Joe and dave

  8. Damn Joe, been rocking with you since you were at around 14-15,000 subs. Really proud to see how far you've grown this channel with original and very entertaining content for everyone not just ex cons. Keep up the hustle

  9. Some employers who just have basically been shelterd and don't have very much life experience with the negative shit in life can be over judgmental and think it will destroy their buisness hiring someone who has been in prison. People need to open their minds and give a chance

  10. Also bucket list item, I gotta get some ink from u . If there is any way possible we could In the future attempt to plan something out I'd die to get a piece done by you dude. That would be sixkkkk. I wanna travel and get work done from some of my favorite tattoo artist and u sir are on that list

  11. My felony is almost 10 yrs old and I have my own car own my own home I'm educated now and I cant even get a gig at a gas station the struggle is real..

  12. Joe, I think you're doing a good thing. I hope that you are successful in expanding your project. There are so many other things you can accomplish in reaching out to prisoners and ex cons. Since I began following you, I have seen how effective your program has been in taking on the various issues prisoners and ex-cons have to deal with. I hope you get as big or bigger than prisons have become.

  13. I think that you should at least give previously convicted people a chance. I hate the part of a application that says have you ever been convicted before which puts the ex inmate in a no win situation . I understand if the ex inmate committed murder. But vandalism and drugs? I disagree.

  14. Felony is a French word for someone who committed treason or disloyalty and it's a female word, reason why she is used. Yes, there're male and female words in french.
