  1. hi joe im a 58 year old mother and i have a son who is a addict i just lost my husband of 30 years i just found your videos could you give me some advice he has stolen from me and comes to my home ans screams at me and has bullied me alot please help me

  2. in Michigan concealed carry class they teach you to shoot until the threat is negated.
They also taught us, unofficially, if you plan on shooting an intruder/agressor, you probably ought to shoot them until it's just your story versus a corpse.
if you leave the aggressor alive there's a great chance that whatever story they're going to tell is going to be a bit different than yours…
If there ain't any other Witnesses/video the cop is just going to listen to the story of the person left standing PERIOD

  3. Unfortunately I have 2 family members in prison for murder. My uncle here is Louisiana in Angola State Prison for killing a man who was rumored to be sleeping with my aunt which wasn't true she just told him that to piss him off. The guy was riding his bike home and my uncle pulled up next to him and shot him in the head twice. My cousin is in Menard Prison in Illinois for killing his wife. He shot her in the face 18 times with his 9mm extended clip. There a whole long story behind that which is to long to put here. If ya want to know hit me up and I'll tell ya the story. But my uncle got a life sentence and has been in prison over 30 years and my cousin got 56 years and has done 12 of those 56 years. It's all fucked up! I love them both but they are where they need to be. I hate saying that but it's true! Love ya Uncle Dennis and Cousin Bubby!

  4. At least two rounds. If you're in a situation where you've decided you're going to shoot someone, you want two rounds, center mass (heart, lungs). There are a ton of different methods, they usually involve two rounds, then you reevaluate. If Eric shot Hector when Hector was on the ground, I bet it moves beyond self defense.

  5. I was a firearms instructor in the military, you train to shoot until the person is no longer a threat, which is usually more than once. I’ve shot and killed people as well and can tell you that you instinctively fire multiple shots and lose track of exactly how many times you pulled the trigger.

  6. Joey you are wrong. In my CCW class you are taught to fire multiple shots at once to neutralize the threat. Gay Dave is right when he says it is a totally different thing if you fire, they fall and you continue to fire. That person is no longer a threat to you if they’re on the ground without a weapon. If the other person has a weapon that is a totally different situation and you should fire multiple shots.

When you are claiming self-defense neutralizing a threat is always number one. If your friend feels like he was neutralizing a threat, then calls the police it seems he has a pretty good case for self-defense.

I would love to see how this ends.

  7. It’s crazy to hear how close we all have been to disasters that happened. I have been so close to getting killed or going to prison but just missed the charge. Be careful your life can disappear in the snap of a finger. …. pease & Love to the whole APS Army!!!!
    Keep the content flowing!

  8. This is interesting about if the amount of gunshots decreases the chances of a defense in court. Because cops will fire dozens of rounds in defense, right or wrong. I hvae no idea.

  9. Anybody who hangs out at a bar drinking beer with the two of you may shot someone are get shot at any time! Lol

  10. But it is funny that Eric would even go there if knowing Hector might be there after being beaten up numerous times you think he would stay away from that place.

  11. What happened was there was a scuffle in the bar and hector tackled Eric into a bush and when Eric seen him running towards him he shot him and after the first shot he turned his back and he shot 3 more times in the back. I think both the victim and Eric are both to blame! They should have been acting like adults instead of dogs getting into a fight everytime they see eachother and if Eric was so scared of getting beat up why did he stay at the bar after seeing and speaking to Hector??? Seems like they were fine until Eric’s friend started running his mouth that night! Eric got into a tussle with hectors friend first and then hector decided to tackle him! Eric got tired of it and shot him! Now he’s going to be in prison for a very long time and A man lost his life!

  12. The amount of shots you use depends on how many clips you have,,, keep shooting until the threats ENDED!!!,, but always try to save some just Incase,,, don’t keep going till your clips empty

  13. 100% positive… You shoot untill the threat is over, number of rounds is irrelevant from self defence standpoint. It may look differernt in court, but basically every instructor will confirm this – you shoot untill the threat is over. Kind of makes sense if you think about it.

  14. In a situation where you are in enough fear for your life that you actually shoot a person. You shoot them until the threat is no longer a threat to you or others around you. So how many times he shot him in the chest is not a factor at all, unless the guy he shot was on the ground and could no longer be a threat to the person that the guy was trying to attack. Even if the person is alive on the ground as long as the guy who got shot can no longer fight back. If you shoot a person that's alive on the ground but can no longer attack you then you WILL get a charge of several different types. But it does not matter if you shoot the person 20 times to stop them as long as they are still a threat to you or someone around you. Plus adrenaline will be pumping hard through both the attacker and the person being attacked and under that duress and adrenaline you will likely not know how many times you fired the gun. Think about cops that have been in a shooting doing a routine traffic stop and that cop by himself or herself and they shoot a person 15+ times in a matter of just a few seconds.

  15. It happens. When u get feelings and emotions involved it can get deadly. Back in 98 a young kid maybe 19 killed his girl and the guy she was cheating with stabbed them both in her parents house

  16. I don't want to hear about shooting someone unarmed being justified. Trust me whatever dude has been through, I've been through worse. No excuse for murdering people. I see how all of the bloodthirsty gun nuts always think killing someone is justified because it's "self-defense". How would you survive life without guns to make you feel safe?

  17. In a self defense situation you shoot until you terminate the threat. If you have to use justified self defense it doesn’t matter if you fire 1 round or a whole magazine as long as they remain a threat.
