12. I really admire you all at APS. The perspective that you have is inspiring. I was fortunate to not have to serve any large amount of time, and got blessed with a second chance in the military. What I see you guys doing, with trying to help others transition from doing time to doing life is uplifting, and there really is a need for that. Please keep up what you do, even though there may be the ones that don't get it, the ones that do make all the difference.

31. I work in the oil and gas industry. I wake up when it's dark and come home when it's dark most days. You haven't worked unless you pull a 15-18 hours day and get maybe a few hours of sleep if you are lucky.

37. Be careful Joe . Don't commit newer guys to your bigger projects if you feel a person will relapse or needs more time to get into society. Ex drug addicts need time and structure. They may be the cause of your big project failing. I would only assign men that have passed your tests. Have they gone to rehab. Have they worked and completed a probationary period. Have they passed drug tests. I pray you are successful. Watch your back. You already had 2 people stab you in the back. And I fear you may have another.
