I guess my problem with all of this is that even for the people who think he should serve this time they clearly didn't think he needed to serve it or they would have picked his ass up as soon as he was released somebody didn't care that he owes that time or he wouldn't have been out 13 years a long-ass time to forget you didn't put somebody in jail you wanted to go to jail
I had a burglary in the state that they ran current with a federal wire fraud case. I took the fed time first filled an interstate agreement on detainers waiver. The state came and got me and the judge agreed.
Every time I got released I thought they would call me back saying I have a warrant
why not just put you in a federal prison and have you serve all the time there or is that too simple
he "owes" it? that "owed" time is a made up magic number. he has been a productive member of society for 13 years. HE IS GOOD!

This whole thing about being arrested when you're ready to go home is bullshit because in my opinion you being in Jail already and in court you would think they would have those charges or warrant thrown out or brought to court for the charge while you are there but it's grimmy as f#@k and goes to show that you don't ever want to be put in the system
