9. you should really avoid raising the prices for a quick return of investment because your price is unrealistic, i would suggest to rent them with day prices for like 10 dollars a day and with long term renters you could set up a contract and then you could give a bit of a lower price for the longtermers. for delivery i would suggest to ask around 50 cent a mile. and only broken down scooters get replaced for free. and with the delivery youre gonna need employees and delivery vehicles because if 2 people need a scooter at the same time you're gonna have problems

11. Hey Joe!! My husband & I live on a tourist attraction, Chincoteague Island, Va. 7 miles long —- 2 1/2 miles wide. Beautiful!! We also used the skooter 2 get around cuz that's the way around here. Even on the mainland. Also soooooooo much cheaper on gas & stuff. But we have a jeep now. Newayz, there r like 3 or 4 shooter shops on the island that can possibly donate sum helmets, parts 4 the shooters, etc…. IDK if u have ever been here 2 the island on vaca or whatever but it's not far from Va. Beach/ Norfolk. 2 1/2 hrs. Just go straight across the bay bridge, down route 13, & straight 2 a lil town called Oakhall, Va. Make a right turn @ a light T's Corner. & it's a straight shot from there. Follow that road, Chincoteague Rd, in which takes u on 2 the island. My husband also has a couple helmets that he would donate 2 u guys.

    3 things you do on day one.

    1st. What is your overhead per day/week/month.
    You are asking for $100/week or $400/month. I guarantee!!! Guarantee that the lease fee, or if you buy them straight out, and Insure them I can almost guarantee it will cost you a majority of that $400. So I hope you want to do this for free.

    2nd-in the contracts when someone rents a mopehead make sure you put in the fine print "by signing this you agree to rent this mopehead knowing there is a tracking device on this mopehead.

    3rd. Hire an accountant. I'd do it for free. Honestly, because Joe, your will to help others is incredible. But you really are putting extending yourself into ventures you know little about, with people who were just released from prison.

    So, good luck. And do not get discouraged if you continue to strike out. Overnight success takes 10 years..so be down for the long haul.

14. For the love of all things business Joe take some of your profit from YouTube and just save it in an account to start your business for a year or two. While your waiting on that please go take some business classes for a year even just entry level ones like business law.

22. So guys coming out of prison need to go through a temp agency to start working. JOE. They will not have any money until at least two weeks into their new job. Most of the jobs suck n people will walk off the job. The money they make will go to food,rent etc…they will need to ride the bus. How n where are these individuals going to get the money to pay you for the moped. Also they cant initially tell the temp agency they have transportation until they make money….umm think about this Joe what about rain or snow. They will miss a day of work n be short on the there check. Takes 440 plus hours before a company will hire a temp to a permanent full time position you need to do a rent per day type of plan

24. Joe your prices are all wrong do 10 bucks a day 45 bucks a week you'll make cash for sure its a lot more affordable than 100 bucks a week. By the day would sell the most and make the most amount of money. You could even do like a month or longer lease. For a month do like 70 to 75 bucks.

30. I think Joe is smart enough to know who to trust and when to trust, just because he is helping does not mean he is trusting them. Any of them. 32. Great idea Joe, same problem I have with suspended and getting out. Can't get a ride to take classes to get license and since lost my job ( neighbor and I carpooled together) can't find work in small town on western va/ky line. Always had to drive out of county for work. Been looking into Mopeds myself but think i can only drive it in VA part cuz KY still wants a license for a 49cc moped.
