If he is high so what, how does that effect all of you? He´s a human being, and if he is high it´s his own personal problem. Joe is interviewing the guy to get content, if he is high it doesn´t take the fact away that hes been to prison. I´m not saying Joe should put people on that are high, but it´s not like you can always tell, some people are perma-tweaked or just generally messed up from drugs that makes them look like they are on drugs all the time. Joe is getting content, not letting the guy move in with him. Joe doesn´t owe anyone a damn thing, so remember that when you watch his channel.
