  1. Happy Sunday APS. Hope ya'll enjoy todays video. It's time to sell!!! Not only items from the storage units but also that MOVING WORK!!!! And you already know, if I'm bidding the jobs. There's a good possibility I'm BIDDING THEM WRONG!!! Gonna learn today though…

  2. You need to have a minimum fee bud. And Don’t look at the jobs as “it’s only 1 piece of furniture” look at it as a service. You are not charging them for the time spent there or the items moved but you are charging for the service and experience. From the first point of contact you need to gain their trust and show them the value. And don’t make the purchase for them…. Don’t assume they won’t go for a bid if it isn’t priced dirt cheap. If you cater to the client with discounts they will always be talking you down and you will never make a profit.. those are customers I walk away from.
What happens if furniture gets damaged along the move? You need to factor in liability. You should have some cushion on your bids.
Keep it up, you can go far, you have that mentality to make it work!

  3. Oh boy… I sent stuff for shannon and I have already seen my blunder 🤦‍♀️ but Miss Shannon, whatever you do not need, please save for your future APS out-mates for their first places 🤞

  4. Joe, these videos and business ventures you've started are great. I personally love them while some people don't. But you've got to start charging more for what you're doing, and sell things for a higher price like that china set. I've seen a lot of other comments like this but I just wanted to put my 2 cents in. Be patient when selling and always over bid on a job to let the customer think they've haggled a deal. And definitely check ID for the military discount if you aren't already. Much love to you, been here for awhile and I'm still loving the videos you put out, keep up the hard work my man.

  5. you might be underbidding yourself but when you're starting out you need to gather some goodwill. Doing solids for people will give you a lot of free advertisement. I hope you grow these hustles big though. I know you guys are headed in the right direction. Keep chugging.

  6. Joe you should try hard time you might like it it's a fun little game but it's not your mainstream type of game only one guy created it everything from sound to everything M Dickie you really should try it it's a fun game I've been playing I love it

  7. You need to collaborate with Wes Watson. That lady had bad paper work. And that 400lb piece of furniture would have been nothing for Wes. He would have motherfucking hooped that shit no questions asked.

  8. I'd like to give my honest feedback regarding your "Military Discount" mindset. As you may or may not already know, this country gives VERY LITTLE to those who serve their country, leading to countless number of veterans homeless and on the streets (meanwhile ILLEGALS are getting catered to). In terms of business morals/ethics, why not offer a "military discount?" People do often take notice as to the morals and character of a business and/or business owner(s), and for ANY potential customer to see your company appreciates and honors military service, that can ONLY help your cause! On the contrary, big businesses like Target stating they are giving their political support to Democrats; the amount of customers Target lost and/or gained on that move WAS substantial, and although the "Military Discount" approach wouldn't be anywhere in that ballpark, the business-related concepts pertaining to those types of decisions is the same. Heck, even if you were to offer 5% discount to military customers, it's the THOUGHT and MORAL CHARACTER/VALUE that people will see and appreciate……BEST OF LUCK, BOYS!

  9. Joe, you are a good looking guy. Get a hair cut or I will unsubscribe. I won't really, but you look better with shorter hair. What does your wife think?

  10. Ebay is a must and don't sink too much money/time into this Joe.

It's great content though! Only for the long-term fans, not the "How to cook ramen noodles 50 different ways" videos that are more mainstream.

  11. Stick to your prices Joe if you’re wanting to turn a profit. If everyone knows you’ll just drop the price if it doesn’t sell quick they’ll just wait

  12. This is my second time watching this video ….. I love the entertainment….. Joe you are funny as hell….. I would have been happy to be locked up with you we would have had some good times………..JJ..

  13. Let it be known that was a joke Joe!! You are DEFINITELY giving military discounts!! For one it’s just straight honorable to our service members and for two I can ASSURE you that at the end of the day… it’s also good for business. However there are some seriously fucked up people in this world so… having them show some credentials to prove it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea…. lol!

  14. When you sell some on offer dont drop price because they dont hyu reposted it for the same price someone is gonna need it just leave it i sold over 800 items that 2 thing where well over 150
