46. Wow. Someone didn't read the facts of the case. Joe, the man you keep calling "innocent " has a long list of rape victims confirmed by DNA. Now, the Stites murder is even more crucial of his guilt, part of the DNA profile found in Stites' body was "wet" saliva. According to him the last time they saw each other was a day earlier. How do explain day old, wet saliva? He also denied knowing her in a recorded police interview, plus if he was released from death row, he is still facing rape and assault charges when and if he gets out.The guy deserves not a lethal injection, but the electric chair.
