14. I just binged a bunch of episodes on this house flip. First, massive sympathy for what you're dealing with. You asked for suggestions in one of the videos, and I agree with a lot of people that said you need to be supervising the work. Soak up as much information from Rabbit as you can. Have him teach you some stuff about what he's doing. There's a series of books you can find at Home Depot, that are department specific (plumbing, electrical, tile, etc), that teach a lot of the basics, have pictures, etc. Probably tons of videos on YouTube on this stuff. Things just seem out of order, like I don't think the vanity nor the tile should have even been in the bathroom before the drywall was done. (I'm no expert, though. ;P) Finally, take a few deep breaths. You'll figure it out.

The last thing you wanna happen is this or any other housed you are trying to flip is it start on fire because of shitty work. You will end up back in the joint.
