Don't do house flips anymore until you have more construction knowledge. You guys could easily make $$ with that box truck doing moves for people and offices. Do some advertising and ,marketing, you have a social media presence in your area ffs. If you're gunna do the moves do it nicely with pads, wrapping , maneuvering, handling everything professionally.
