12. I literally could have did with Joe did in 10 minutes, at that rate it would take you 4 years to finish that house, do yourself a favor and find a crew of Mexicans they usually don't do drugs.

13. When I was young and handsome, I'd worked as a helper on many a remodeling project. I know it's a bit late in the game to be telling you this, but what we always did was first demo all the walls. Then we'd put up new studs and run new wiring up the bare studs. After that we'd sheetrock plaster and paint. The whole thing only took a few days with a four-man crew. Doing it that way it was much easier to do the electrical than the way you guys are doing it, which is digging through old sheetrock and patching little by little as you go. Best to start from scratch and be able to see what you're doing.

20. My husband is a general contractor and he does not like to mess with electrical. He prefers to hire a certified electrician than do this work himself. He said he could not live with himself if a house he wired caught fire and someone lost their life. And when I watch him, I have the faith that he could do it because I see he has the knowledge. Joe, sometimes it is better to pay for professionals. Just saying!
