13. Hey Joe-Keep up the good work! I will admit though, only within a minute into the video it "sounded" like you were disappointed/frustrated/annoyed with having to stop by house "every day", but what I'm trying to grasp is that even after ALL that you've been through with that flip house, you're still bent about just stopping by there to ensure everything is tip-top? Even if that means every day? Heck, the amount of MONEY you are paying for the GC and whoever else I'm sure is A LOT, included on a "daily" basis, so why wouldn't you WANT to stop by just for piece of mind? Hmmm

15. Joe, my advise is learn the pricing in your market if you wanna keep up this yard. Understand what might need to be done mowing, trimming, edging ect. My personal opinion without knowing pricing out there I would charge $125 an acre. So in this case I would charge $375 a week. If they want bi weekly service then there should be a slightly highier price which is what most companies will do if they offer bi weekly service.
    For a bi weekly charge I would charge like $450 bi weekly = 2 mows = $900 a month.
    Understand bro 3 acres by yourself will probably take a good 6 hrs to do.
    Please get all facts and figures and know what the customer wants so you dont shoot yourself in the foot with this job.
    I am trying to help you out. Just a FYI most companies that I have used or know actual owners of lawn companies usually charge .20-.35 cents per 100 sq foot. They also usually have some kind of minimum like say $40 or $45 even if its a super small job.
    I hope this empowers you to think it threw and get a proper wage for that yard. I hope this info finds you and helps you out.
