15. I used to install sand & finish. so you're professional floor guy has taken longer than a week to do no more than 2,000 sqft 🤔. Doesn't even look like it's nailed in or glued down, therefore should be ridiculously easy. You need to find new floor dudes.and the goober started correctly but the transitions such as the hallway needed to go long ways down the hallway not across. Remember in transition you need to change the direction of wood or it will look like shit. They don't even clean up when they leave for the day 😡 empty tore up boxes of flooring.

31. I’m 60yo. Had a medium sized contracting company in OR & CA for a few decades that did millions in biz. My uncle has a billion dollar a year contracting company. Just saying that so you know I have a bit of experience. Do with that what you will.
    Painting is the last thing before job site clean up and window washing.
    If you do early you will do it again. The monkeys will phuck up your new paint EVERY time. Best plan; prime, watered down first coat, let the monkeys finish install, then fix the dings in the walls they WILL leave, caulk, then top coat one or two times depending on the quality of your paint.
