7. Did 5 years in federal prison and have to say that the food was not so bad. Was head cook last two years. Lot of food. Had a hot bar that had rice, beans, hot vegetable, and maybe leftover spot. Had a cold bar that had salad and salad dressing. Had drink machines. Pretty sweet actually, as far as food was concerned. Got plenty of the meals on here too. Great video

16. 6:12 just got out county 2 weeks ago and I wanna tell you now if you don’t have any ramen noodle packets to season that rice you better take a bite of hot dog and try to shove it down ur gullet because once ur dogs gone you are gonna regret every bite 😂

18. Nastiest looking and tasting thibg I've had in jail it looked like someone took an ice cream scoop of some pinkish white cat food and slapped it on your tray , tasted almost bitter mixed up mystery meat , it was supposed to be "turkey tetrizini"

26. Lycoming County, Williamsport pa has a pro chef. Food is amazing but portions are usually small.
    But they have a liver tray once every month.
    Prison liver is the worst

27. Man I never served no adult time changed before it got to that but I was locked up in a level 8 in Florida nd bro istg we got this chillies soup bullsh*t and it tasted like a burnt cigarette dawg

28. That background.. I wore that exact uniform for two years.. It's definitely N.Y.S. prison issued greens. That being said… Let me help you out here… Bear in mind…. Every tray at every meal comes with 4 pieces of bread, an apple or an orange, and 2 milks or juices (1/2 pints).. In the mornings you can also have coffee in addition to your milk or juice. Also every lunch and dinner tray, no matter the entre', is served over rice, potatoes or pasta…
    1. Hot dog tray w/ rice, state biscuit (which are pre cut), carrot salad.
    2. Meatball stew tray w/ state roll, stewed potatoes, apple sauce, granola bar and broccoli.
    3. Pizza tray w/ veggie medley and mashed pineapples.
    4. Cold cut tray w/ potato salad , rice stew and coleslaw. ( The peanut butter is not included. This is an alternative menu item for diabetics, special diet and Muslims.)
    5. Corn dog tray w/ salad, carrots and green beans, apple cobbler and cornbread.
    6. Chicken fried steak tray w/ fruit salad, green bean casserole and cornbread.
    7. Waffle tray w/ cold cereal and sausage patty.
    8. Chicken gravy tray w/ cornbread, state biscuit, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and mixed veggies.
    9. Break Pad (steak) tray w/ mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and cornbread.
    10. Rigatoni casserole tray w/ mixed veggies.
    11. Bean stew tray w/ baked potato wedges, corn chips, carrot salad and mandarin oranges.
    12. French fry casserole tray w/ cornbread, mixed veggies and state cake.
    13. Hamburger tray w/ french fries, assorted veggie garnishes and watermelon salad.

31. LoL As a prison nurse, I can tell you don't go to prison in GA, atleast Valdosta State Prison! You eat only twice on the weekend! Breakfast 6AM and again at 4pm 3 sandwhiches, warm milk and half rotten fruit!

32. MDOC (Michigan) had apple crisp 👌🏻 but Isabella county jail in Michigan’s food 🔥🔥😂not even lying…if I could go buy a couple of their trays I would 😂 hot breakfast a couple times a week but the spicy chicken sandwiches 🔥

34. Just an FYI: Degornos pizza is pretty yummy, and seaweed is considered a super food, and expensive. Just saying 🤣 don't down seaweed. 🙂
