Remove the window. That's one thing I learned from the pros over at This Old House.
I would just pull the floor tile, vanity, toilet, mirror, Redo the trim , tub hardware and paint. Would cost about 1k if you do the work yourself. The wall tile is fine and that's a brand new window.

4G is excessive ( in California) if you're only talking tile, paint, vanity and fixtures. Consider Acid Etching your bathroom window, $15 . ?

The only thing I’d replace in the bathroom is the door. Not even 100% sure I would even replace the door, waste of money spending 4 grand on it
