The Police Showed Up At Our Second FLIP HOUSE!!!

Welcome to day one of Friendly Flippers 2. And what a first day it was. Detectives literally showed up at the house on the very first day we started working over here. Hope that isn’t a sign of how this house will go.

  1. I’m calling BS on this because they wouldn’t just come in now to check for bullet holes that would’ve been done a very long time ago when the original crime happened. This is Clickbait all the way.

  2. This is such a BS story, if it were an open homicide case they wouldn't leave the bullet there for so long and just start investigating it now. You had your friend call and pretend to be a detective to try and make an interesting story.

  3. Kind of looks like the popo are watching over you, No?
I can't honestly think of any time a detective even knew about a property transaction to jump into a cold case. 99% of the time they eat doughnuts until someone comes to them with info.
I feel like you're little town has eye's for you! Or looking for someone relevant??? I don't buy that they were there for a cold case. More trying to hem you up for harboring an enemy!!
    Popo is sneaky MF's!!!

  4. joe you cant record phone calls on body cam jeremy dewitt is getting rung up on that so be careful man also do a video on what a chomo and police impersonating assclown what his time would be like

  5. Murdered two years ago and they couldn’t care less about collecting evidence until the very last possible second after someone buys the house and starts demolition. Scumbags.

  6. “Someone was killed in the house” yea ok or they’re using that as an excuse to invade the newly acquired property of a felon. Where’s the blood stain in the carpet or subfloor if someone was shot in there? I wrote this comment then saw you had the same realization lol.

  7. I wouldn't read anything into it. This is the last chance they have to collect any evidence from the scene. It just came to their attention that a crime scene with unrecovered evidence was being remodeled and that was possibly the last chance they had to recover the evidence. At least it was the last chance they had to do so in a way that wouldn't result in more expense and headache for you.

  8. Most states have a law that prohibits the sale of a house where a murder took place if that fact isn't disclosed prior to the sale.

  9. Yo man 2 years no wayyyyyy theyre coming there to try to find evidence thats not the real reason theyre coming there its a murder charge they would do everything they could to get get all the evidence possible within the first 48 idk why theyre really coming there but if another incident like this happens i would watch the way you move theyre watching you for some reason

  10. I'd tell detectives no, and get whatever they're looking for in writing. You need to protect yourself…and they could be lying to you completely, and actually be investigating something else.
