I'm willing to say he probely didn't remove the asbestos siding of the house just nailed or screwed through the old siding not shure how it is their but the hazmat guys in space suits had to remove that old asbestos siding you can't break the tiles or drilled into them it was a nightmare for me!! Had inspectors crawling up my ass.

First things you'll learn in flipping houses! Never and I mean never throw out a price until they give you their quote and you find out the materials cost! Now, after agreeing to said quote and buying what you need if you want to pay a little extra to the worker then you can do that. Be smarter not stupid. Not never put your foot in your mouth.

Joe.. sorry to be a dick man but quit being a fool with contractors. There are SOOOO many shady "contractors" out there and finding them through a friend or on a classified is a sure way to get burnt. Pay a bit more and go with a known entity. You are going to bury yourself if your not careful.
So what happened with the contractor your were having in the beginning I thought tjis time had a great contractor. And still no jarron rabbit where is Dave lol
