Happened on Friday the 13th. Crazy. Thankfully the whole thing was recorded by the car. Even more thankful that it wasn’t worse than it was and that no one was hurt. Damage still going to cost a lot to repair.

This happened to me and when I got out the man driving was so old he didn't even know where he was I felt bad for him and just let him go but later I'm thinking it was just a strategy to get out of paying for the damage and im just a dumbass
They should have pulled over and just been honest. I have full coverage just in case. As far as where I live in Texas I've ran into more deer than cars.
Truthfully Friday the 13th has always been great days for me. I won $50 on a scratch off lottery ticket. I should share some of my good luck on Friday the 13th.

You literally didn’t even stop “relatively quickly”. You stopped completely normal. Like it wasn’t a quick stop AT ALL. This is just ridiculous. I had the same thing happen to me. I had to slam on my brakes and someone ran into me and my foot came off the break, and I hit the car in front of me. Even if you do have to slam on your breaks, you’re supposed to leave enough room just in case that does happen. And it’s still not your fault even if you have to slam on the breaks. Other drivers should take that into account when behind you. The other persons insurance ended up accusing me of hitting the car in front of me, and then the person behind me hit me. Just because there was more damage to the front of my car. But I didn’t hit the person in front of me. I stopped COMPLETELY, someone ran into me, and pushed me into the car in front of me. It really sucked for me because my insurance wouldn’t fight it or anything. Because they didn’t know who was telling the truth. I would never lie about an accident, that could really mess someone’s life up that doesn’t have the money. Luckily I ended up getting a new car soon after anyway. Really sucked. Be careful.

Don't give them petty for not stopping bro they committed a hit and run PERIOD. Them not stopping is no damn excuse lol plus it's not like if they did have something on them they would have got caught because it's not a bad enough accident to call the police, they wouldn't even come out to the scene over a fender bender like that anyways. They just didn't want to stop PERIOD. They deserve all that's coming to them

About a year ago I key'd 8 cars. Long story short I got away with it cause no one saw me and there weren't any cameras. I got em clean as can be. They paid for the way the way they treated me.

I never had anything happen to any of the cars I’ve driven in my life….first week of owning my brand new Nissan, a rock from a dump truck on the highway hit my windshield (sounded like a gunshot) and my windshield had the spiderweb cracks ALL OVER. New car curse indeed
