Joe, you have to stop trying to get jobs done on the cheap from unknown persons. Even recommendations often turn out to be not so good. You said early in the vid that you'd eventually turned to the big company who came in to sort the electrics on house no.1 but that they were "mad expensive". Not really. Work out how much you have paid to every Tom, Dick and Harry to half arse the job and then get paid off. You've already given some joker 3k for nothing. That money could easily have gone to the big outfit to do it properly and to ensure it's certified.

Idk how to get this comment pinned but Joe all you need is a couple feet of 6in pvc from a hardware store to patch that hose. It doesn’t have to be flexible tubing.

I think Joe keeps getting into the same problems bc he wants to give people the benefit of the doubt and give people work that really need it. However, it does help he gets a "deal" and Joe loves a good deal. lol problem is that when you pay for the "deal" and then for the actual cost to get it done after, you aren't really getting a deal. lol
i do like the concept of "when you don't got what you need, work with what you got and make what you got work" sounds like prison and uhm broke life. lol
Joe.. do not let anyone stay in your flip house it will cause a lot …ALOT of problems… such as land lord tenant's rights etc… or you are leaving yourself up for mega trouble… I don't know for a fact … but I think so… even if they stay for less than two weeks… I think state parks do that so they don't end up with people flooding the parks… ask an attorney before doing anything like that… please…

It seems the attachment part is wrong for your mower. My suggestion is to take the guard on your off. Put the vacuum attachment on but you’ll probably have to re drill holes to make it fit on your mower.

LOL Joe don’t try to buy complicated machines for yard work. Total ripoff!😊Just use a rake and bags. I think the quickest way to clean up leaves is to turn the paper yard waste bag on it’s side and scoop the leaves in with a rake. Pick the bag up to stuff the leaves down. Repeat till bag is full. It’s also usually better if it’s rained recently. The leaves will be a lot easier to deal with when they’re a little bit wet
