  1. From a lifetime of designing, building and racing offroad cars in various classes I can tell you that the hardest job for the chassis is hanging on to the suspension mounts. And the bigger the wheel, the harder they are to hang on to. The guy they had design this kit actually did a pretty good job. Never mind the travel or the geometry, his real conundrum was how to distribute the point loads at the spherical heims to the lightweight aluminum/carbon chassis. Boxing the aluminum square tube to create a connected cage of steel at each corner was actually pretty inspired.

  2. You should do the jumpacon like a monster jam truck when not using the bkt tires you use little bicycle like tires that way it fits in the trailer and out you guys garage door

  3. Bump stops are nitrogen* filled. If you depress the valve stem you can empty the gas and fully collapse it easier to check travel and clearance when fully compressed. Just remember to charge it back with nitrogen whenever you charge your shocks.

  4. I’m sure you already figured it out, but didn’t hear you mention it. For others, an easy way to identify left hand threaded heims, they should have a line cut into the nut and bung, while your right hand threaded ones should be smooth. Just to help others out!

  5. I have been designing a trimaran. I am knowledgeable in composites and seeking employment and am in Oregon. I wanted a central petroleum engine and two electric engines. One on each side to drag and power the boat straight instead of the full force wasted on the rudder. I thought about the electric engines being capable of tipping back in case of striking anything and a central propeller behind a shallow keel. Instead of folding for on road transportation, I considered unbolting the sides. I considered a propane generator in case petroleum is unavailable. I also considered the design of making a smooth ride for high speed even though I am not experienced in this. I am looking forward to the build this year.

  6. Daaammmnnnnn she is looking so damn sexy … I love the look of raw metal all welded together like this honestly I think it would be extremely badass if you left it all bare metal and did a nice clear coat on the suspension parts
