Haven't ever seen a muffler set up like this its a bit over kill. Should have just added a X pipe before the muffler
I ran Thrush on my late 70's Pontiac. It has that old school exhaust note. That was 25yrs ago
Why dont you put an electric cut out so you dont have to change your exhaust to go wide open.

Thrush has been around for a long time. My uncle ran them on his 73 Plymouth Duster when I was a kid in the 70's. They sound great!!
Thrush has been around for a looonnnggg time. I had them on both my ‘74 318 Dart and my ‘78 Nova. Nice rumble on them

I’m most likely late to the party but you should put in one of those e-cut out valves in front of the first muffler. You can go open down pipe/straight pipe with a flick of a switch instead of switching out mufflers all the time.
