  1. I had a old 78 truck that ot was gm's first crate motor replacement motor the target master 350 the cam lobe went round and it would load up with fuel and you be driving ar night get on it and let off see a bright light from under neath and a loud explosion cause of the bad camshaft

  2. Sooooo I have to ask, out of all your tattoos Shawn, there's one that I keep seeing that keeps me wondering the meaning behind it so I'm wondering if you would mind explaining the back story of how and why you got a tattoo of a 🌽 with a 🚫 !!😆🤷‍♂️ really curious!! But on a serious note thanks for all the content it truly makes me feel at home!!

  3. dude… put all new fenders on it and make it one color… primer or bed liner. a small lift and tires would go along way as well… JS

  4. I used to set valves exactly the same but if you have not run it the lifters have no oil you need to do 1/2 turn not 3/4 and you do it with the lifter on the bottom of the stroke not just any way the cam is as soon as the lifter barley moves up thats when you do it also you do not need to put the cam gear on back on the dist. it is not needed at all

  5. 75 was the change over year for points to hei, also first year for catalyst converter, also that motor that came in that blazer might be a 327, and make sure and run 12volts to the hei, points use a resistor that cuts the volts to 6, and not 100% sure, I'm not a 4×4 guy but Im thinking that should have a 400 turbo being a 4×4, easiest way to know without even looking under it is if it has a kick down cable, 350 turbos are kick down cable on carb, 400 turbos are electric kick down on the gas pedal, love the content, u guys are awesome, one of the best channels on utube, congrats on placing #4 on americas list can't wait to see u move up on that deal, I watch everything u guys do, hope to see u with cleeter and the freedom 500 again, don't mind the negative shit, the haters gonna hate, jealousy is a bitch

  6. Not trying to be a smart ass or a know it all but here's a little tip from one moron to another, U dont need to grind that distributor gear down, u can just pull the gear off the distributor and the oil pump drive deal is on the end of the distributor shaft and will go right into the oil pump, also the plastic sleeve that the oil pump drive shaft snaps into are sold In steel from mellings, I have broke a stock plastic one at less than 5,000 rpm and lost all oil pressure In fairly stock small block

  7. Hey buddy will you sell that blazer to me?? I’ve got cash in hand & I have all the new body parts to build one!! I had a guy that had one that was all rotten out & said he would sell it to me but had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way to get it out of the big shop that it was in!! He told me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks to get it!! I went back & he said that he couldn’t sell it & gave me my money back! I thought that was a bad deal on his part!! So I had gotten all the new body parts to rebuild the entire body & I still have them!! Just need to find a complete body & running gear to buy!! I’ve always had a 1967-1972 Chevy body style since I was 12 years old!! I’ve had probably at least two dozen of them or more!! The one I have now is a 1969 1Ton 4×4 all lifted & a doubler kit a4speed tranny 4.56 gears and ARB lockers both front & rear!! I’d definitely love to build that truck back to stock or close to original!! Let me no please!!!
