  1. I've got the note 9 and love it but looking to upgrade. Not sure if I want the 10 or ultra. If the only real difference is the camera than I think I'll go with the 10 plus cause I'm an ugly sum bitch and don't take pictures

  2. Can you please check if the s-pen from note 20 ultra works with note 10 plus, I mean if it works full functions, including the low latency. I know from other articles that note 10 plus s-pen work on note 20 ultra. So if the s-pen is fully backward compatible, it could be considered as a little upgrade for Note 10 Plus, having reduced latency? Just a thought

  3. I replaced my note8 with note10+ and honestly I dont feel the difference in everyday use, nor there are some specific features that are better in note10+, except, the camera is better, but Im not a camera person, I was more than satisfied with note8 camera.

But one thing I miss greatly, and that is sunlight visibility, on my new note10+ I cant see shit in direct sunlight. While I used note8 normaly on the beach in direct sunlight.

  4. I mean 650 bucks really isn't that much for a phone like this. And I kind of hate my note 10 plus. Its got a lot of bugs. It freezes pretty often. And I cant clear a tab on chrome without the whole app freezing and closing. The multi screen feature is shitty at best. Im just hoping wirelss dex works well because dex on the note 10 plus is really really bad at using bluetooth devices while running dex. It frequently uses the Bluetooth connected item to navigate in the actual phone screen while not doing anything on the big screen you are connected to/

  5. 2:05: But if you're in the Philippines the only model that will be sold unlocked is the non-5G variant with lesser 8GB RAM (model number: SM-N985F/DS). So technically you STILL have to buy/get a phone from carrier plans. I have no reason to replace my Note10+ just yet especially when Samsung just commited that all flagship phones from 2019 and those upcoming ones will receive up to 3 years of major Android version updates. So that makes my 6mo old Note10+ eligible for Android 12 and even those in S10 series will get the said updates and this has been confirmed by Samsung already.
But honestly if you came from phones older than S10 or Note10 then you should be considering this fresh new Galaxy Note20 Ultra just make sure that the model you are getting is the 5G-ready ones not only because of the 5G but also because it is the only variant that has 12GB of RAM (model number SM-N986xx; x – will depend on your carrier/country of release) so technically it's the more powerful phone.

  6. The transition from a Note 9 to a Note10+ was completely worth it because it was a big step upwards… The Samsung 10 lineup is very successful because the upgrade brought an entire new phone body, camera rig, UI, ultrasonic fingerprint, pin hole display, better IP rating etc… It felt like a whole new device. However, the transition from 10 to 20 is not showing any significant upgrades at all, apart from a newer camera rig… You will still be forced to use Exynos, the front of the phones look identical, not worth it, don't give Samsung what they want, keep your 10s and hopefully they are forced to supply Snapdragon processors to all upcoming models. Unbox Therapy also has a video explaining how the 20 models have not been as successful as the 10 models.
