4. yes, that's where I'm going to be happy. This cop was supposed to give them the death penalty. Because if George had turned this around with the police officer as an example. Which, of course, is no longer possible, out of all respect. But then he'd have turned around for killing a cop like the cop did. They would have given him the death penalty. But I'm glad he's going to jail, everyone's going to see him in america's prisons on CNN. And they won't receive him friendly…..

5. What a shame! Floyd deserved to be back in prison and this officer robbed him of that! We need justice reform for the criminals in society. Make sure they end up behind bars where they belong!

14. If he was found not guilty what would be the reaction of the people? They knew the verdict before the trail even started. My question now is what will the sentence be?

15. I hope he gets everything he deserves. Derek Chauvin will now be an example to anyone in corrupt police stations and officers who think they can hide behind their badge, that he got charged for murder and so could you.

16. So sad. He killed him with neglegence, and carelessness, but not deliberately. He should have just gotten 3rd degree negligent manslaughter for a max of 10 years. Chauvin’s life is now also taken because of the pressure from the media and the new party that just took office.

17. This a step forward to justice but this is called accountability. Chauvin had to be held accountable for what he did on May 25 by kneeling on Floyd’s neck for almost 10 minutes which killed him. Chauvin is going to be sitting in that cell thinking about the fact he killed Floyd by kneeling on his neck. I am so glad he is found guilty on all charges. Now it’s time for the other three officers who also played a role in Floyd’s death by encouraging and assisting Chauvin to kneel on his neck to be held accountable til the full extent of the law as well. Chauvin and the rest of the officers need a max sentence.
