The Galaxy Z Fold 2 demonstrates Samsung’s ability to improve upon its own designs at an incredible rate, with a stronger hinge and a much larger cover display that makes for a completely new experience.

  1. Never saw you before your appearance last week on All About Android. I'm getting older (Ok, you would probably say I am old but the definition of "old" changes as you age) but you have a clear voice that I can understand and a good presentation style. Nice job.

  2. All mobile phones cost $2000 in my country in years 1998-2001. This costs $2000 in 2020 and wages are many times higher. I'm not complaining :).

  3. I got s20 ultra..and after couple of updates..I can finally used full futures of this phone.. its quite expensive but now..fully working 😄its worthy..I assume that this one will be too..afer couple of months….btw..nice and helpful review..👍

  4. I'm thinking about buying one, and then in a couple of years when I inevitably upgrade I'll use the fold 2 as a smart home remote, it looks perfect for that task.

  5. Downloading Samsung’s “Good lock”, then enabling “Multistar” gives Instagram full screen mode.

  6. I have been using Note10+ and looking to buy another.  If not concerning on budget, and IP68,  which one is more useful, Fold 2 or Note Ultra 5G?

  7. No compromise? It doesn't have expandable storage to my surprise. A real turn off for me because up until knowing this, I was seriously interested but 256GB is not gonna be enough for me.

  8. Was going to get it but ps5 and xbox coming out so i decided to go with note 20 ultra instead. The z fold 2 has no water resistant rating so you screwed if it rains haha

  9. Correction the z fold 2 can do 45 Watts of charging but you have to buy it separately. You failed to point that out.
Correction the note 20 ultra only has 50X zoom not 100X. Damn your kinda bad

  10. Well, Samsung did not deliver the pre-ordered Z Fold 2s in the UK as promised. Many customers (myself included) called Samsung to get an answer. We were told that they would be delivered on the 17th of September and then got a text message with dates ranging from end of September to early October. So I’m thinking about cancelling my order, as are many in the Samsung forum. Being lied to is not acceptable.

  11. that spotify icon is smaller than all other icons. the biggest problem with one ui is uniformity between samsung own apps and 3rd party apps.

  12. Great review. Watching this on my Galaxy fold. This phone looks great. Most of the features shown, I can do now. I figured reviewers would still point out the outer display is still too skinny once I see the unveiling in August. Some think the outer display is unreachable since its too tall now🤷‍♂️. I think Samsung gave most people what they wanted with this one. Ill wait till Fold 3 hits to buy again.

  13. How does bixby look on it And can videos on youtube zoom in on the galaxy Z fold 2 like on any other phone with the Zoom to fill screen but on a galaxy Z fold 2 in tablet mode for the apps full screen apps like on s10 and 20 Iphone u pinch outwards if you cant do it in tablet mode whats the point i'm waiting for the foldable tablet from them which is rumored to be released next year i'm so excited and I just can't hide it i'm about to lose control and I think I like it

  14. Bravo! Wowmazing iteration. It’s what Apple should have made: the iFold.

Samsung should make different price points with different specs. $899 budget edition, $1,999 current edition and $10K baller edition. Make it much z-axis-thinner, and offer an alternative slightly x-axis-wider version.

And now Samsung should go for the kill: Recruit Jonny Ive and other top designers to refine the design to the nth degree!

Btw, can you play Fortnite on this?

  15. I definitely see myself jumping into the foldable market at some point. For me, the biggest issue is the crease which plays havoc with my OCD
