  1. After switching from a one plus 8 pro to a pixel 5 I truthfully don’t feel like my phone is slower. The delay on certain apps is noticeable but you cannot beat stock android.

  2. Once you go Google pixel android you neven go back. The interlink with the Google ecosystem and simplicity are unmatched by any other device.

  3. I look for 3 things in a phone primarily: performance, experience, display.
    2 minor:- charging/battery, cameras
Being a gamer and someone who loves software one plus will never disappoint. Top notch performance with optimised oxygen OS. Very bright display with 120hz. 35 mins full charge? Any day. Cameras are good for the price. Not obviously samsung, apple, pixel. But definitely after that. Not a big camera geek so I don't bother with it as long as it's good given the price tag. IP rated isn't shown to lower the price but compared to the 7 series which were definitely waterproof for a prolonged duration 8t is definitely the same if not better. Pixel 5 lacks in the display and performance. Which is a big turn-off. No point of wireless charging if the chipset of a 2020 flagship phone is less powerful than a 2019 flagship phone. It reduces the amount of options of a person when they buy the phone. People won't consider the pixel for gaming. Only for cameras and the stock android experience. And for that price? Not worth it. 4A seems a way better deal. Wireless charging would only make sense if they were as fast as wired. For someone who works 40-50 hours a day , you wake up put your phone to charge, take a shower, brush your teeth, have your breakfast, get ready for work and boom phone is charged fully. Wireless charging is more of a show-off feature than an useful feature. Yes if phone were to charger in say under 45-50 minutes then that would have made a lot of sense.

  4. Oneplus has no IP rating, no wireless, updates takes much longer, especially once the phone is 1 year old. The camera is not that great on the 8t. And the pixel has better battery life.

  5. One Plus warranty provider is HORRIBLE!! IF YOU CRACK YOUR SCREEN, GOOD LUCK GETTING A REPLACEMENT PHONE. THESE S.O.B'S TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO SEND MY PHONE IN FOR A REPAIR WHICH WOULD TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER A SERVICE TEAM APPROVES MY PHONE IS DEEMED WORTHY OF BEING FIXED!! IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM SERVIFY! OH, AND ONE PLUS THEMSELVES SAID THEY COULD SEND ME A REPLACEMENT FOR $250!🀬 MY ADVICE, IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM ONE PLUS!! I have a 6 MONTH OLD 8 PLUS PRO!

  6. I loved my Pixel 2XL. Never bothered with either the 3 or 4. Just got the Pixel 5 and it's exactly what I was looking for – a simple pure Android phone with a longer-lasting battery. And, hey, the speakers are perfectly adequate, no complaints here.

  7. Why reviewers keep saying that pixel 5 is a single bottom fire speaker? because it is a dual speaker setup actually

  8. Can we just talk about a different topic for a sec?

How come gameloft can make a game like Asphalt 9 Legends look like a PC/Console game but not for the others? If they could make these kinds of games, shouldn't they be able to make a very high quality sequel of the Modern Combat series (A clone of COD). Although I know that they're money hogs, I think they can brush that topic off when making the Modern Combat 6.

  9. Bro camera on Pixel 5 aloneπŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ coming from iPhone x have owned oneplus3 specs are important but when Google…..you have to use a Pixel period having so much fun

  10. I got the OnePlus 8T because of the WARP 65. I use my phone for work a lot and sometimes I just need a quick charge to keep going. But had I known that the battery on the Pixel was so good I would probably had gotten that instead

  11. I don't think most understand the charging experience of the OnePlus 8t. I've had many devices with wireless charging, but 65w is next level. I came from a Pixel 4xl (with a OP 8, and S20Fe in-between) one handed use is nice however a bigger faster display in gaming like COD mobile isn't even close.

  12. @Android Central

I'm skipping the #OnePlus8T and will hold on to my #OnePlus7TPro #5G #McLaren edition.

    I'm just not a fan of #punchholecamera

The OP7TPro 5G is just way beautiful to look at everyday with its all screen design.

Yes, it could use #waterresistance and #wirelesscharging but I don't dunk my phone in water. The #WarpCharge is way more practical as it charges the phone very fast and convenient for me as I travel a lot. That quick 15 minute charge is indispensable.

The thing it's lacking is support for 5G #mmWave. Despite that, I have to be near a tower to get the fastest download speeds. I'd rather have its low+midband combo with sub 600MHz support with greater overall 5G coverage and indoor penetration and 2.5GHz spectrum for faster downloads. I'm still getting 350-600 MBps downloads — indoors and outdoors. 5G in itself is already a battery hog and I'm assuming using mmWave constantly would even be more of a drain.

  13. After many videos and going through the comment sections,I have finally decided to order the Pixel 5 for its size, camera and battery even the OS..still the 8T and S20 FE arent bad at all for their price ranges. It's my first Google phone really excited for it!

  14. Sounds like a personal review for OnePlus 8t. Imma just move on.
Just fyi, when speaking about wireless charging…make sure to mention about that on BOTH PHONES.
Dude talks about 65W USBC charging vs Qi wireless charging….like…πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ.
