  2. Do you know xiaomi kicked off this trend of ceramic back with their first xiaomi mix series back in 2016???? R.I.P xiaomi. They call it a samsung idea now… And I certainly would not mention that after huawei's mate 20 pro launch samsung somehow decide to put 'wireless power share in their phones, very innovative way of calling reverse wireless charging. Oh, the matrix on the iphone 11 pro max and the midnight green color of it just can't remind me of the green variation of the mate 20 pro….Hope one day it doesnt hurt some people to just give the credit to people who deserves it especially when they r not the same race as u. Those people r really good at pointing fingers thou, ignoring other's good side and just highlighting other's wrong behaviour even if it needs some story-make-up.
    Just facts here, hope the world gets better hope mankind evolve.😊

  9. I feel like Huawei is rushing abit to launching the p 40 series..😁. especially with its unique HOS.
    It will be pretty-quiet tough for new users to switch completely to an-alien software environment.

    Other OS: "Old habits die hard"
    Huawei: with this upcoming OS,
    N switching to HOS will be like under #REHABILITATION programme!🥴

    Seriously though, I saved some economy to finally buy a new phone but my dream crushed when p40 will not even come with Google official apps…. The apps I actually use on the daily basis.. Great!

  16. If Huawei won't have microsd card slot – no sales. I have 1TB microsd card lying in my table and I very hope they won't install their own format card reader – this would be a trash solution.

  23. Can some explain the difference and benefits of optical and digital zoom?

    Optical is the lenses zoom (live) and digital is the screen zoom (pixels) ?

  30. No Google Play Store => great news!

    All android apps can be loaded manually!!!

    Android is not locked-in like Apple victims.

    All apps available through play store are available on other stores too, just download and install.

    Try Apkpure.com etc.

  31. no Google = more battery life. I got 3 extra hours out of my mate 20x by getting rid of all Google apps, like ok Google, music, video, docs, search bar, Hangouts, Gmail, email, chrome, and everything Google except play store and YouTube. my mate 20x went from 10 hours of screen on time to 13. Hell I even got rid of the Google Easter egg version
