4. All the reviewers are knocking this phone. I say, bush-wa. If your on T-Mobile 619.00 is a great price. The g8's display is the only display that rivals the s10+. And an audiophile's dream phone. The cameras & battery are also very good. This is a very good effort on LG'S part!

8. Would the quality of the sound of the speakers change much if you apply a screen protector?

9. Why use a hemoglobin reader? Very high security and much more difficult to fool.

11. Another piece of junk from LG ! LG is on the way out with their junk of smartphones , I know for I had an lg 5 worse thing I have ever did was buy it .It is now in the landfill carbage which is a good place for all LG junk!

12. I'm getting this phone. Yeah it has a notch but they used it to be more useful with hand unlock and a front facing 3d camera which is definitely going to be sick. The speaker under the display is one of a kind and it still has the dac and boom box speakers. I have the g7 and it's a great phone baterry life is good not great but I get through a full day on more than average usage. I'm gonna pay half of my g7 off n get this phone. I'm not worried about a galaxy s10 that has a oval shaped hole in the display. Can't wait to get this!!! 🤩😲

13. G8 is a good improvement, only that notch is annoying but at least now it can be hidden better with that new cool OLED

16. The fact everyone complains about a notch and how it's not an S10, I'd rather have a centered notch with purpose then a hole in my screen off centered to the right for a camera.

21. The whole hand blood thing is neat. Super fascinating technology that’s being used in the absolute wrong way. If this tech was in a smart tv or some sorta Kinect kit it would make more sense. I get everyone is trying to innovate and that’s awesome. But I just don’t personally see the need for most of these gimmicks this year.

23. Lets see here for people who don't understand..
    If you're holding your phone, you're better off using that fingerprint sensor on the back
    But when your phone rest on a table/stand, and you just want to unlock it while its there, using our hand in the air is actually better than face ID (you don't have to put your face above your phone)
