  15. If there was not world wide protest and intense protest within United States for George floyd then the police office would have been freed. Sometimes, court rules under pressure from protest to look just. But there still is a chance that the police officer can get presidential pardon as in case of soldiers who killed Afghan people and trump after some months pardon them.

  38. I strongly believe that this trial is politically motivated . How about Maxine Waters threatening one of the jury members? Justice at both sides is not achieved.

Mr. Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, was found guilty of second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter: this is an extreme obstruction of justice of the part of the DA because in one death you can not have three different murder charges. You can only have : second-degree murder or third-degree murder or second-degree manslaughter but never ver all at the same time. This case will be reversed by the Appeal court .

The optical illusions perpetuated by bystanders who have demonstrated no regard for the incidents that lead to final viewing that the bystanders filmed should have been addressed by the defense attorney. The distance between two close objects that are viewed and photographed from a point below or in parallel to the objects will appear to be close or at a different place in perspective to each object than the objects will appear when viewed and photographed from above.

    Sadly, the force utilized by Maxine Waters and her followers/supporters will only lead to the downfall of an effective educational and justice system. I could research now for Appeals that were won, but I must determine how I will reckon with the criminals and their unfounded immoral collusion that has been imbuing our society and public places.

    Floyd had knocked at a pregnant woman’s door, wrongly identified himself as a PG&E worker, and then held a gun at her. He was a convicted felon as the Minnesota Police surely were aware. Furthermore, the community of Floyd is about to prosper financially over this bystander propaganda; the fraudulent “money” schemes, our safety, and ploys of coroners for financial advantage are more foreboding than ever. You reward combat rather than diligence and literacy! A nightmare you’ve perpetuated on these mortal grounds!

    Perhaps Appeals have but a 2% chance, but the wrongly accused Minnesota Officers deserve a rightful trial in a safer neighborhood than that of Cups Foods.

    Ironically, because Floyd refused to answer questions about the source of his counterfeit bill that his friend Hall knew was indeed counterfeit, this crime has been ignored. A large gang is circulating and attempting to delude us into accepting counterfeit bills and checks, which is now why, for example, I only rely on PayPal, and I can’t accept “money” from strangers unless a banker or other reliable source is able to scan it for authenticity first. Counterfeit money sent by online strangers, which I’ve refused to cash includes legitimate looking watermarks. For the sake of ones reputation, PayPal is about the only reliable money-accepting source. A dangerous mob clearly is threatening our financial accounts. Even fake PayPal and other financial web sites we must avoid by the avoidance of clicking on links to such fake sites that appear in emails and text messages. Counterfeit money has cost many people their homes.

    Videos by bystanders focus on only one angle that is deceptive, because PD body cams show close angles, which reveal that Chauvin was holding not the neck but just below it. The gathering crowd has caused unnecessary fright and misleading observations. The main issue has been ignored. Floyd used a counterfeit bill, and was evading his responsibility to answer questions about that—another action that the public crowd ignored. The area where this action occurred obviously consists of people who do not respect Peace Officers. Cup Foods workers had been warned not to accept counterfeit bills, as if members of that neighborhood already had been attempting to use counterfeit money. This issue has been evaded by the public that circulated on social media videos taken from but one angle, at a greater distance than PD body cams, and from the perspective of those who express inherent contempt for Peace Officers.
