This phone should be $499 and $699 for the Pro. $899 is too expensive for a brand that is not very popular in the US.

People out here complaining that the highest spec Oneplus 8 Pro is $1000 when the base model Samsung S20 starts at the same price.
Yes it is more expensive but look at a lot of other smartphones that are more money for the same specs!
I dont know prices around world, but in my country OP7 pro costs 560 euro, and OP8 600, so for 40 euros more i will always pick newer tech. So i already ordered OP8. Op8 pro is out of question cause its too big for me and its 950 euros here. And im not pro photographer, even my LG g7 is more then enough to shoot something.

Still good with the OnePlus 5T. Really wish they didn't bump up the price while removing the headphone jack since it really killed my interest in OnePlus as a whole.
Asking if these phones are worth it is like asking if a Ferrari is worth it. You could argue that they both are, but are out of the range of what many people are able or willing to pay. Especially if we're talking about Oneplus customers who got into the brand because of the value.

Hi there, can anyone explain to me IF I upgrade my android OS on an existing phone, will all my (I have 6 launchers) launcher-settings all be reset as well? I spent months setting up different launchers on my One Plus 6 phone and would not like to redo everything again. Not all launchers allow saved-versions too. Advise anyone?
