You guys would save a ton of money by getting some flushless urinals. Hard up front cost but if you can find someone to get you a deal, they can give you a pretty good cut to your water bills, as well as reducing the strain on your septic system
Minneapolis, Minnesota's new Vikings stadium had to come up with some new innovative ideas to finance their stadium. You might want to take a tour of it for some mind opening ideas. As for space you don't know what to do with, offer it up for rent. Let someone else figure it out. I'd visit other tracks to learn how they dealt with there track issues and ideas. Posable Kids play area, as well as a baby changing station like chevy stepside, said or just a baby Changing area/family bathroom. A friend and I would take his daughter to car shows and race events. She once got stuck in the bathroom because she could not open the door.
Now would be a perfect time to aerate and fertilize your grass so it comes back stronger

As someone who works in the Australian Aluminium industry, they should have sold you clear anodized planks (or bright and shiny anodized (It is mirror finish polished before the anodizing) if you wanted the mill/stainless steel look) for the stands. It would have increased the time between cleaning the oxidizing by a decent amount and reduced glare off them as well.. Mill (which is what it looks like) oxidizes extremely fast.
