when i was a kid a neighbor bought a 70 ss 396 4 speed. found out later it was damaged in shipping so moore chevrolet did a custom paint job on it white with blue flames from the headlight to just past the doors. but he found a little bondo on it and got pissed and parked it out in the woods. and just before he passed away in 2019 we went out and looked at it. touched the door and it fell off the oil pan was gone. the roof was gone and the mileage read 2002 i tried to buy that car since 1976 and he wouldn't sell it. but just before he died he told me i could have it. i was nice and told him to shove it up his ass. but thats not the only great car he let rot down.
