24. In South Africa there is a certian dress code. It's out of respect for others and to obey the airlines rules and to have everybody feel comfortable.

39. He doesn't know what is decency in the public. Proper attire is very important when travelling. There is a time and place to wear shorts but obviously it is not when travelling on a plane. To respect others is to respect oneself.
