  1. Why, oh why do passengers not understand how an airline works? If you arrive in time, then you fly. If you arrive late, you end up on a TV show….

  2. Someone needs to explain to her that time listed on her ticket is the time the plane takes off, not the times she arrives at the airport. She has to get there, at least 1 hour before. Even if the flight is delayed, they do not delay boarding.

  3. The thing is, if she's now watching this she will still think she's in the right…. snowflake generation…. never even said thanks…

  4. Anyone who flies knows coming in at 20 minutes before the flight takes off doesn't cut it. Common sense people!

  5. Karen, why do you keep going back to the airline that you routinely have bad experiences with? Oh, is it because deep down you know the problems are actually due to your own inability to be on time and responsible for yourself? Yeah, that makes sense. Dumb dumb.
