  1. It would be something if the toxicologist testifies that Floyd’s levels of drugs was at a point that mostly contributed to his death and Chauvins actions was enough to convict him without knowing with certainty if he did so with intent and or with deprivation. Plus, will the jury go by that witness who was a force expert who testified that a cop can use as much power of force as they want without regards to the suspects well being.

  2. This is unbelievable. Chauvin should've been locked up since day one. To state that he didn't murder George Floyd it's an insult to anyone with an inch of common sense.

  3. you know a wonderful way to check? a controlled reenactment to see if a knee to the back of the neck and shoulder would indeed lead to death. That being said, Chauvin acquittal is a pretty high chance but the mindless masses will riot regardless cause greed.

  4. “The defense lawyer is planting seeds of doubt.” Nah sorry you moron, he’s pointing out reasonable doubt. These charges don’t make sense. ABC is promoting disunity and racial tensions with this kind of ultra-biased coverage, especially in a case like this.

  5. Officer does his job and puts suspect on ground. Media blaming him for intentionally and purposely putting suspect near exhaust pipe
What a joke this is. I can't believe the Media is like this. Soo glad CNN is being sued.

  6. Imagine you are watching a boxing match on television but the broadcaster edits out all of the punches that one of the fighters throws and lands. Now you are going to be pretty confused when the edited boxer wins the fight aren’t you.

This is what the media is doing and the confusion is what they want. Hate and violence brings big ratings for the media.

  7. shame on all you people who want to shame him because he had a drug problem, horrible self righteous people you are, addition is a world wide problem, happens to the best them, including music artists who make the music you all love ,to your family and loved ones, with that being said ,do you still think people suffering from addiction deserve to die..or would you rather them get medical treatment and get help with their problem?

  8. He wasn't choked to death, that's obvious, how can you charge him with murder when he CLEARLY wasn't choking him. He was YELLING that he couldn't breathe, that shows that he could in fact breathe.

  9. Innocent until proven guilty- if this guy gets acquitted and you were saying on your show that he is guilty without any reasonable doubt then you’re gonna get sued to hell 🤣

  10. This is ridiculous if you have to use the words “the jury has to decide which medical examiner to listen to” then obviously the state has not proven their case beyond a reasonable doubt. What universe are we living in. The prosecution ms own witnesses brought Reasonable doubt into that court room.

  11. You think they can get it done?? What does that mean?? Get it done to your liking?? Or get it done in the name of justice and due process, let’s not forget why they were even there!! This case has given reasonable doubt! IMO

  12. Omfg. He had 3x the LETHAL DOSE of Fetanyl. Not 1, not 2, he had 3 lethal doses in his system. Unless a paramedic had administered whatever to counteract the drugs before Floyd was escorted across the street, he was already a dead man.
