I learned a lot today. I learned having cardiomegaly secondary to uncontrolled hypertension is a sign of good health (a “strong heart” must be good right? Who wouldn’t want a strong heart?). I also learned you can rule out an arrhythmia by watching a video- news to me! And that you can do a physical exam through zoom, and have claustrophobia in a specific car, especially a police car, but not your own and that people who suffer sudden death must just drop dead… it can’t take any longer… they must instantly drop dead. Wow… medicine has changed so much since I went to med school. Back then we learned that some people die suddenly in police custody and is called “sudden in custody death syndrome” and that most of those cases are cardiac events. Wouldn’t you think someone with cardiomegaly + uncontrolled hypertension + severe coronary artery disease + meth (which alone predisposes to arrhythmias, but also induces coronary vasoconstriction, and increases heart rate and myocardial metabolic demand) + nicotine (a stimulant effect on the heart) + fentanyl (predisposes to arrhythmias, much greater chance when mixed with meth) + caffeine (stimulant) + after a physical altercation (adrenaline inducing) and in physiological stress (extremely adrenaline inducing), will be at risk for an arrhythmia and sudden death? And aren’t restraints an independent risk factor for sudden death- which is why 4-point and 2-point restraints have been minimized in psychiatric and nursing home settings? And isn’t PEA the initial rhythm in many sudden deaths? I feel bad for people that buy into this junk just based on his credentials. It must be so hard to be medically illiterate. Almost as hard as being ideological.

There is even a miniature version small enough to fit into a man’s front trouser pocket and still leave room for his hand inside the same pocket.
The power and range of this miniature gun can cause heart arrhythmia in the Target, and , consequently, death is a possibility.
This method is used to publicly execute a Target and have the death appear to be from medical causes rather than a CIA/DoD hit.
(Another rather ingenious assassination technique which has been developed by the CIA/DoD is food suffocation.
The food or drink of the Target is contaminated using a biological/chemical agent.
Upon consuming the slightest little bit of this contaminating agent, the Target’s throat immediately tightly swells up. The food is trapped in the throat’s passageway not allowing the victim to breathe and leading to suffocation.
The offending biological agent disappears from the victim’s system within minutes.
Once again, We see a gendre of assassination which gives the false impression that the victim was not murdered, but rather died due to an unhappy set of circumstances.
