  5. Im guess he gets 5-10 years behind bars with special treatment & possible early parol. Though 1 year can be a death sentence if not in seclusion

  6. He'll get convicted but able to appeal but by no means would that indict double jeopardy or that he may get off at appeal Possibly only reduced sentencing
