Don't beilve a word of this, these aircraft are VERY noisy. There will be rotor slap from all 4 blade hubs, plus the HF noise coming from the blade tips. As they are small blades they will have to rotate faster than normal helicopter blades, the tips will be travelling at the speed of sound so you will get supersonic shock waves that can be heard for a long way away.
And what they just magically find batteries? Still spew more toxins into the atmosphere manufacturing electric transportation than the ice.
