I know it's been some time since you made the video, but maybe you will answer my question. My 2004 f150 has started a sight chatter turning corners slowly and or when sometimes taking off normal. At 165000 this started. I was watching the video to see how changing the clutches as I be-leave this might be the issue. When you marked the gears they were all in line with each other gears marks. When you put them back together the gears were not totally in sink but were on the proper side. Does it matter that the gears are in sink together? If I am not clear, I am asking where the 2 painted marks are on the 1 gear must line up with the 2 marked teeth on the other gear? Thanks for your time.
People don’t realize especially for rear wheel drive how great limited slip is. Otherwise, you really have a one wheel drive car. It’s great for rain or snow or gravel. And if you have a more powerful car, it’s great on the dry pavement as well.

Is it absolutely necessary to place the S spring. I heard in forums it only benefits when its extremely slippery like mud or rain. Is this true, what would happen if I leave it out. Thnks

If you can't get the fill plug loose just remove the ABS sensor and pour the correct amount of oil in through that opening.
Very professional videos ,Hope u make a video about ,if a 4×4 (all wheel drive) matters if some tires are worn more than others , i know it matters on 4wd and not on all wheel drive

Wow no cleaning up of the diff after you filled it? Wonder if Chris knows you pirated his name to make this video. Won't be able to tell it is leaking if you don't clean off the oil.
