Not the V8 We Expected – 800hp TT Benz

Streetcar Takeover’s event at Bandimere Speedway in Denver, Colorado brings us awesome new builds year after year. This time we crossed paths with a V8 Mercedes E55 which didn’t sound like the V8 note we’ve come to expect out of E55, making it a car we had to make our way over to. While it’s not so surprising post-event, we were pleasantly surprised by what we saw when he popped the hood! This Mercedes looks and sounds gorgeous on and off the track with the custom paint and the rumbling V8, and we couldn’t get enough of it!

  1. I just broke a piston on a stage 2 tuned e300. The cost to fix with let’s and labor at best price was 6,700. I think I rather ls swap for a cheaper and wayyy more power he’ll yeah!

  2. I have a 2002 C320. Originally I was thinking of ricing it up, giving it a cool paint job and maybe putting performance bragging decals on it. But up until recently I thought "What if I do the opposite and drive a sleeper?". So honestly I'm thinking of just letting it rust for as long as I can get away with, putting some soccer mom themed stickers you buy at a novelty shop, leave the rims alone and maybe even hang a "Baby on board" thing off the mirror.
