With the lug bolts, apparently they're used because they're safer at higher speeds given that these Euro cars are geared for the Autobahns. But hey, don't quote me on that, I can't find any info about it online, and just going off my friends word who has his own workshop in Germany.

As an auto technician I personally can say lug nut keys, wheel lock keys, lug keys, whatever you want to call these evil things… they're the dumbest things ever. They break, they get lost… Everything. Stupid
