12-20 years? That's not higher Ms. Prosecutor. The 3 charges carry a separate jail time of up to 40 + 25+ 10 years = 75 years. If served concurrently, the maximum is 40 yrars. So anything less than 40 years will be lower than the maximum. Below 20 years, will be lower than the median sentence and could be viewed as partial justice.
